Control Your Sweet Cravings


Dried fruits such as apricots, figs and apples, or fresh fruits, are great substitutes for candy. If those do not satisfy you, try low-fat candy such as jellybeans, licorice and gumdrops. Eating sweets in moderation is not bad if grains, fruits and vegetables, lean meat and low-fat dairy products are staples of your diet.
